After years of running restaurants and eateries, it was our dream to open a unique concept in 2001 in The Hague; a soup shop. Our examples from world cities like New York and London were successful and were in line with our vision to serve healthy organic fast food. Our soup shop, "Soup and Such" was located on the corner of Herengracht / Korte Poten in the center of the city.
Soon we also started delivering "Soup and Such" to offices, companies and international organizations. As a result of this, we were invited by the Yugoslavia Tribunal in 2003 to handle the in-house catering and within six months the OPCW also joined. After nine great years with these organizations, it was time for change and we ended up at the beautiful Peace Palace. Here we have not only been doing daily in-house catering for eight years, we also provide the framework catering for congresses, symposia, hearings, special celebrations and the like.
From 2018 on we were given the opportunity to run the in-house restaurant "Des Juges" and we are proud to be appointed "preferred supplier" of the Peace Palace.
Our catering services provide customized solutions for groups of 2 to 500 people, even more if necessary.

In addition to the various locations within the Peace Palace, we regularly provide catering for events and conferences in, among other venues, The Hague's Grote Kerk, the Glazenzaal, the Louwman museum, the Fokker terminal, and various other special locations such as theaters, embassies, consulates and museums.
